Requests are read by a person, in the order they arrive. Sending one now puts your dates in front of us first — it does not reserve anything, and nothing is confirmed until we have checked the room, the equipment and the crew against your project and written back.

Studios and spaces
We would rather show you nothing than show you a stock photo of somebody else's studio. Room-by-room detail — what each space is for, what it holds, what comes with it — is published as each one is verified, with real NELLA photography commissioned ahead of the 1 October media launch.
If your project depends on a particular setup before then, describe it in your request. We will tell you plainly whether we can do it, and when.

Every service, every inclusion and every price is approved by operations before it appears on this page. Where a price has not been approved, you will see “Pricing on request” — never a number we have not committed to.
Until the catalogue opens, the fastest route is to describe the project. We will scope it with you and put the detail in writing.
Services, packages and prices are added one at a time, each signed off before it goes live. There is nothing to browse yet — but there is somebody to talk to, and describing the project is the fastest way to a written quote.
Memberships and retainers
A weekly show, a monthly content sprint, an always-on campaign: the commercial shape that suits that is not the same as an hourly booking. Membership tiers and corporate retainers are being designed around real demand rather than guessed at, so tell us the shape of yours and it will inform what we build.

Partners
Makeup, hair, styling and wardrobe, props and set build, catering, transport, security, specialist crew. We are assembling and vetting the network now, before we open, so that a client asking for hair and makeup on a Tuesday gets a real answer.
Freelance crew
Producers, sound engineers, camera operators, gaffers, photographers, editors, colourists, runners. Tell us what you do, the kit you are fluent on and how you like to work, and we will call you when a job fits.

The studio phone lines and public mailboxes go live with the launch. Until then the booking request form is the channel we actually monitor, and it reaches exactly the same people. Anything you send through it is read.

Questions
No, and we will never word it as though it is. A request tells us what you need and when. A person reviews it, checks the room, the equipment and the crew against your dates, and writes back with what is actually possible. It becomes a booking only after we have confirmed it to you in writing.
From 1 September 2026 onward. You can send a request before then — dates from 1 September are the ones we are scheduling now.
Before you send a request
A request is not a booking. Nothing is reserved, held or charged until we have confirmed it to you in writing.
Sending a request is free. If a deposit is needed to hold a date, its amount, its deadline and whether it is refundable are stated in your quote before you commit. Cancellation and rescheduling terms live in the booking terms attached to that quote — those terms are what apply, not this summary.
WhatsApp is opt-in, and it is granular. In the request form you can separately allow, first, booking updates about your own request, and second, news about NELLA. Both start unticked. We record the wording you agreed to, when, and from where, and you can withdraw either permission at any time by telling us or replying STOP. We do not send you a WhatsApp message you did not ask for.
Published policies are linked in the footer. Where a policy is not yet published, it is not yet in force, and we will not rely on it against you.
Shift leads, studio coordinators, post-production staff, front of house. Roles are listed here as they open. Register now and you hear about them at the same time we publish them.
Because none have been approved yet, and a number we have not committed to is worse than no number at all. You will receive a written quote with every line itemised, including anything charged separately, before you are asked to pay anything.
Not to send a request — that costs nothing. Where a deposit is required to hold a date, the amount, the deadline and whether it is refundable are stated in your quote before you commit to anything. Online card and mobile-money payment is not switched on yet, so for September, settlement is arranged directly with our team.
Talk to us early; that is almost always fixable. The binding cancellation, rescheduling and deposit terms are the ones attached to your quote — not anything summarised on this page — and you will have read them before you commit.
Either, or both. List what you are bringing and what you would like from us in your request, and we will confirm what is available for your dates rather than promising in the abstract.
Only if you ask us to. In the request form, permission for booking updates about your own project and permission for news about NELLA are two separate boxes, both unticked to start with. We record when and how you agreed, and you can withdraw either one at any time.
Briefs, mood boards, references and finished work are treated as confidential and are seen only by the people working on your project. Ownership, raw-file delivery, portfolio use and retention are set out in writing before a shoot, and you can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any point.
